By now you should have all your city information displayed and you are working through researching information about the province your city is in.
Here is the last couple of things to research about your province
1. What does the provincial flag look like
2. What is the capital city of your province
3. What are three news items happening in your province (you will be able to find this online by either going to the CBC or CTV website and finding their local news or doing a google search for "headline news Alberta", for example
4. What do provinces do. Read this article and write down 3 thing the provincial government does i.e. spending, laws, money collecting etc
5. Write a paragraphing making observations of the differences or similarities between a city and a province, in terms of government.
If you get all this done you can start putting together a display board for your province.
